Yeah that's nothing to do with the kerfuffle this morning. Something you use in Chrome is triggering it as you can see.
My thoughts would be to think about what websites you visit, does any in particular trigger this? Next do you have any add ons installed? Finally have you accepted notifications from any websites? - they're the kind of thing that will ping you if you have e.g. a new message on Facebook or whatever even if you are not on that site.
Don't use Chrome myself and not on a full size computer right now but I'd start with those. A full scan wouldn't hurt either but I'm presuming you've already done that.
