You should be still able to use that by putting the lever back on and pushing it in whilst turning….you have just broken the bolt that holds the spring on to push the lever on..
Is it a female thread or male …if you unscrew it all the way off?

Thanks folks, I have been using it whilst broken for ages. I will get a bad back from picking it off the floor.

This one of the joys of this forum. I had never heard of "Bristol Levers", in spite of using them for years LoL.
