2 pairs each of scruffs. Winter black ones. Weather stop type material. Cordura panels. Heavy and tough. Summer ones a bit lighter. Grey and black. Both have survived longer than anything else I have tried in a job that wrecks clothing. I buy the scruffs waterproof boots too. They aren't waterproof. Not really. But they are pretty durable and last well and more than that they are light. Can't abide working in heavy boots all day in my job. Wearing a full body harness loaded with gear, buckets of water, tools, ropes not to mention crawling through roofspaces, climbing over plant and up and down ladders each time to get to the next drop. Thats before you even start abseiling and holding onto concrete ledges with odd parts of your body. Their gear lasts pretty well in a fairly extreme environment if that helps.
