I just had a thought Greg, and anyone else that has finger and wrist problems, behave!! I get very stiff and sore fingers and wrists from arthritis problems. I have found that there are several 'trigger points' just down from the inside of the elbow and if you press your thumb into the top of the muscle you may find what the bloke in the book call an immaculate pain! If I carefully work at the most painful points I find that the pain/tenderness fades at the pressure point and the pain and stiffness in my fingers and wrists gets a hell of a lot less,
If I bend my elbow so that the lower arm is parallel across my chest the trigger point is a couple of inchestowards the wrist and towards the front of the arm. Give it a try and as I said before it's free and the worst that can happen is not a lot? BUT???
Dr (??) JJ signing off, for now? :? :? :?
