Well I've pulled the trigger on this adapter and clamps, so hopefully my circular can do the job I need. Currently my workshop is taken over by a guitar paint job.
I have the Evolution from Screwfix which was under £200 when I got it and I’ve been happy with it with 60 &100 tooth blades from Saxon. It’s cut everything pretty well that I’ve put through it up to 75mm deep. Mitre isn’t great but fence seems reasonable and straight. The fact that it all folds and is on wheels is great help for me but it still takes up a fair amount of space.
