Summer started in June and ended in June this year!!

Yep, we've been in continuous autumn since July here in the Midlands.

Yes the leaves are turning on our trees and it has not been a good year for the garden, many plants just got confused and we are in autumn here.

Very poor here , Cold. Wet , Windy , Not what I would call summer.

Just to provide a bit of perspective....& inappropriate glee.....it has been a grand summer here in the North West. Warm with usually just enough breeze to keep the midges away & the turbines turning.
I think we will pay for it later though if the masses of roan berries are anything to go by.

Since April they have been promising heat waves, other than the odd few days it's been rubbish and i'm sure all this heatwave bs is to bolster the economy, they can't be that rubbish at their job on a weekly basis.
