Stl file editing.

Hello all, I have an stl file and it 3D prints flawlessly, however, the six pocket holes around the lid need to be 10mm outside diameter, not 9.1mm as per the original stl file. Internal diameter of pocket is fine. I’ve loaded it into Blender, change to edit mode, turn on wireframe view, but it doesnt seem to offer any way of resizing just the six pockets. is there anyone who can point me inthe direction of resizing just the pockets, not scaling the whole lid as it wont then fit the base properly.

Load it into tinkercad and just line up some 10mm holes with the original then group it. Quick and simple to do.

If its mesh based try mesh mixer it's Free from autodesk.
