If he got out of that he should be going straight to jail. He was driving like a total arse.

EDIT: Looks like him scampering away at 24 seconds.

By the size of the fire balls and the ones that fizzled out fairly quickly I'd say most of those were close to empty. If they had been full the guy filming would have been cooked. Ignorance is bliss I guess cause I would have been back at least twice as far.

Ya it looks like he ran through a ball of flames.

Think I would have been in the next county with a telephoto lens. Quite surprised how the car next to it survived!

I remember as a teenager a builders supply firm used to recover unused gas from cylinders returned to them in exchange for new ones.

I recall they had an explosion some years later, I was living in a different county then :D

They used to have a rack of around 20 new gas cylinders I bet that was a lively day.

When I was a student I spent one summer temping for Coral Gas, refilling the bottles. It was all done in the open air for obvious reasons. (Must have been a terrible job in winter) anyway one day a you lad driving a fork lift (who shouldn't have been) went down a slight slope forwards (should have gone backwards) the bottles fell off and one valve came off. One of the guys hit the emergency button and all hell let loose. The suppression system around the massive storage tank kicked in and that was engulfed in a cloud of inert gas or water vapour and people were running everywhere. The funniest thing was seeing the girls sprinting from the office. Most fire drills I see people are so slow to get out of the office, not on this occasion.

I few years ago I was involved in building some Gypsy Caravan Sites in Berkshire.
On day driving onto site I saw one of the caravans on fire with the gas bottles throwing out plumes of flames.
Keeping well back I asked if the Fire Brigade had been called - " no way, one of the old ladies has died and we are burning her stuff"
I thought for a moment they were disposing of the old lady but they explained they burn all the possessions to prevent family fall-outs!
Thankfully nothing exploded but they burnt part of the new block we had just built for them!!
