Started the winter jobs!

Looks like the winter projects have started already as That is when I usually get the gate jobs! :roll: True to form I have just finished my third gate in a row. :lol:

Why don't customers ask for these jobs during the summer?? :roll: Oh well, it's all work.

Funnily enough I have now got to make 6 gates but shouldn't the vertical boards go to the bottom rather than sit on the top of the bottom horizontal rail?

This gate matches another on the customers property. On the bottom rail the rebate is sloped outwards with small gaps to allow the water to run out. I have also sloped the back of the bottom rail too for the same reason. HTH. :wink:

How about a wip? How are the verticals joined? Tongue and groove?
