Sorting blades

Any easy way?
I have about 40 blades, all mixed. The last owner was not methodical.
Do i really have to find a magnifying glass and start counting?
And then how do I store them so I can find what I need.

store them in plastic test tubes. you only need to count an inch.

mark out an 'accurate inch' on a piece of paper and use a magnifying glass to just count 1 inch. I'm sure you won't have 40 different types of blade, you'll soon recognize which ones are like the others.

you don't have to count at all just sort into same pitch piles then in order job done.
