Solid Oak Worktop

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me ,How heavy a solid oak worktop is ( 4000 x 620 x 40 mm )
Need to buy some adjustable trestles and looking at the thing laying menacingly on the floor, How many boxes of Weetabix I would need before we get started.

Thats approx 3.3 cubic feet
At 45 pounds a cube thats 148.5 pounds or approx 66kg
