Soft Start for noisy table saw?

Has anyone managed to acquire an external Soft Start module, retro fitting an internal one looks complicated

and also dangerous to the untrained eye ie: wires and connectors everywhere!!

Have a look at Casual DIY on YouTube - Tomaz fitted just that thing to his Rage5s a week or two ago [He's a Polish chap that used to live in the UK and moved back to Poland earlier this year - perfect English!]

Not sure it’s the start that makes the noise… it looks like a brushed motor driven through a gearbox. But I could be wrong

Best thing is a soft push into a skip!
