I bought a nice little 1/4" socket set in the early 80s when my main concern was maintaining my motorbike. Still got it. Still use it regularly. One of my best ever tool purchases. Sadly the bikes have long gone.

I have a full 3/8" set, a full 1/2" set and the little Bahco 1/4" set, I just wanted a small 3/8" set for convenience.
How things have changed since the days of my Father.
Admittedly he didn't do much, but what he did do was achieved with the sharp knife from the cutlery drawer, a rusty half inch wood chisel, a one inch cold chisel, an ancient claw hammer, a hand saw and a Stillson wrench.

He had a large cross cut saw, but I never saw it used.

Sometimes it seems I spend more time taking tools out and putting them away, than I do working.

Could
No, it's not - the "Expert" range is marked expert, this isn't. I have other Draper Expert stuff.
edit - I'd be very surprised if they stopped marking it.

Phil - could have sold you some Draper (marked expert stuff). Have a large collection here, in little used clean condition, sockets, hex drivers and random pieces. Some other makes aswell.... Bedford, King Dick etc
It's going online for sale shortly but shout me if interested, I'm Penryn

When I used to dabble in a bit of car maintenance - this was before you needed to be computer expert to do so - I told my father-in-law that I was after buying a 1/2" drive set.
A Sheffield steelworks and foundry worker who "knew his onions", he suggested kicking off with individual sockets rather than a whole set, and looking out for a certain brand that featured a light blue colour inside the socket. Apparently the boys in the forge would use nothing else.
I did manage to get a few that I needed - 1/2", 7/16", 3/4" and the like - but eventually impatience got to me, and I forked out for a (perhaps) Halfords set as well.
Over the years I've had 3 of those split, so maybe he was right.
I lost my f-i-l a good few years ago now, and I inherited a full Whitworth set (which is in the cellar now, methinks) and enough spanners to fill a "Spanners-R-Us" department store!

I hate to think about how many socket sets I've had, personal and work issued, I still have my BA set 1/4" drive I bought in 1977 from the now long gone local tool shop which was essential working on instruments in the C.E.G.B., where would you find those now?
