Small drill bits

I needed a few 2mm drill bits.
I knew this was a risk but it was only 2 quid.

They have turned up yesterday and I was drilling some brass this afternoon and was very impressed. 10x2mm would have been very good value on their own.

As Andy says. I'm not sure how these can be manufactured and delivered for less than 4 pence each. It's a little bewildering.
Having said that. I bought a set.
I'm hoping a percentage will go to the poor sod who lined all those bits up for the realistic product photo.

I have bought these before... the magic of cheap labour, but the magic of cheap crap also... Do not expect the greatest quality

Cheap labour or not these are more reflective of the magic of automation, and bulk manufacture.

I have a set that could easily have come from the same plant and if they are representative they are certainly usable for a lot of woodworker needs, including drilling softer metals including brass (if you're careful), but expect failures if you ever use them on steel. While they feel good and sharp and look the part – geometry seems correct; clean, even grinds – the metal lets them down bigtime.
