Size of plastic bin to attach to a Dust Commander DLX

Hi all,

I have been reading the cyclone threads and I have decided to get a Dust Commander DLX with one of the round blue plastic bins.

Is 60ltr the largest bin that I should consider?

Doesn't rather depend on how much waste you produce? Mine is about 60l and if I'm preparing stock, I have to stop every hour or so to empty it.

If you are worried about larger bins collapsing then reinforcing rings are easily fitted.

I read someones blog which said he improved his system by using a smaller bin, i think I ended up using a 25l fermenting bucket (with reinforcement)
