hi all tool station are selling what they call a sawdust collector do you think i can use this on my planer (delta) i have a record one but you have to use poly bags and its a fiddly job changing the bag the sip one is bag-less (i think) does anyone have one and what do you think of it i only have a small workshop and i think it will be easier just to empty the bin they are selling it for about £87 .00 seems a good price

hi think that dust collector will be really noisy in a small shop what about installing a seperator axminster have piece of kit that fits on a dustbin just fits between the extractor and the machine think its about 45 pounds if memory serves i use one now i just empty the bin doesnt catch all the waste though

it should work fine i use it on my universal with a 12 inch p/thicknesser try to make the pipe run as short as possible and make it air tight

Have you got a link to it? I have a SIP dust extractor which was about £90 from Amazon and it's NOT bagless. It's very good though.
