shepherds hut/ gypsy wagon

i fancy building a shepherds hut or a gypsy wagon as a little retreat. Anybody know where I may need to start?

Could do with some plans etc. but fancy fitting in a bed etc. and using it as a mobile tent around my land. Do you reckon it would be complicated?

i'm thinking base of softwood, marine ply floor and then tand g around the studwork, rockwool in between and then zinc outside.

What do you guys reckon? i'm not superskilled at woodwork but an ok engineer may make the chassi metal with pneumatic tyres.

The price of the old antique ones are extortionate!
