Setting up a plane

Hi, i`m a newbie here.Have just bought a Stanley No 5 plane and need to set it up/sharpen etc. Just before xmas i saw an article about just this in one of the woodworking magazines, but like a plonker i didnt buy it as i wasnt expecting to get a plane for some time. I don`t suppose any one out there has the article that i could scrounge ?
