Now there's a chap that is confident about his gluing up ability!!!!

Looks to me like he's making hard work out of making his bowls though: He has now got to finish the outside of his bowls whilst being held by the foot!!

Still, looks like he managed ok by the last picture.

Wouldn't it be easier to put a tenon on the main blank then do them from the smaller one out? Never used one of these so maybe that's not possible.

Yes something else I want to try one day. Segmented turning takes a mathematical and methodical mind. Perhaps not then...

This sort of segmenting doesn't take too much planning and thought, just accurate machining!! A good place to start if you fancy a go!! (much more planning and thought makes my head hurt!!)
