Screw Front Vise Recommendation

I'm looking at a front vice for my workbench build and like the look of the York Bench Spindle

However something like the Veritas is quite a bit cheaper (thats without the handle though)

Any other recommendations or advice on the ones I'm shortlisting?

That wheel looks silly on a vice. A handle would let you apply far more pressure. And life is short, so I'm a devotee of quick release ...

Buy a used British vice.

I have an old Parkinson quick release but im not a fan. Good point on the wheel though
