Got a problem with 2600i
Is there a way too adjust the surface planer workplate, as when i lay a large level across the 2 worktops, it appears it has dropped ever so slightly 1 side possibly only 1mm but as you can imagine when i surface a long length of wood i end up with a shape like a triangular cheese wedge.

Any suggestions welcome

Not sure how easy it is to adjust these machines but, first thing I would do is to lift both beds back up and make sure there isn't any sawdust or chips stuck between any mating surfaces - that's a common problem with planer/thicknessers.

1mm shouldnt make a massive difference it sounds to me like your outfeed table maybe slightly high try dropping the table slightly usualy when your getting a wedge this is the cause. Use the back of an old blade place over the block as you turn it should just lift it the smallest amount if there is no contact the work piece has to climb away from the block to reach the outfeed table causeing the wedge cut.
