You don’t say exactly which one you are looking at.
I have had their motor for some years and it has been excellent in my experience. I detached the variable speed control and extended the wiring to it so that I could fix it to the outside of the router table which is super convenient.
I have a Jessem router table and lift and had to adapt the lift to accommodate the router motor - the Rutlands table looks like it is modelled on the Jessem and the package looks good value. I do find the sliding carriage is useful, but that is quite a hefty cost option, I see. Personally, I would not bother with an electronic lift - that seems unnecessarily gimmicky, even for me!
I spent some time sorting out a dust extraction arrangement that has proved well worth the effort - I think I did a write-up of this a while ago.
