Rutlands Mini Work Lamp - any good?

Just had an email from Rutlands about these lamps https://www.rutlands.co.uk/cgi-bin/psPromotions.cgi?promo=130 and wondered would they be bright enough etc for using on the bandsaw, drill press etc?

Has anyone used them and are there better alternatives for similar price?

My wife got me something similar for £15 from Ikea - it attaches to the tailstock and shines inside a vessel, which is handy.

I bought one last time Rutlands had them on offer. They work fine but they're cheaply made. The stem is a passivated metal which can be bent about as you want, the on/off is simply twisting the head and the magnet is a bit on the small side. They give enough light for a bandsaw but can vibrate a bit. I'd recommend first looking about to see what else is on the market for the same sort of money.
