Just dug this out and gave it a clean up I think it is all there as most that I have seen are missing the router bits and the holder. Not sure what the large spring is for, the only thing that is missing is the instructions. And what is it worth

I think that that's an arcoy dovetail jig for use with an electric drill rather than a router. A very poor tool, what's it worth? Just throw it in the bin!
 
That was me misleading you yes it is one run from a drill the title should have been Dovetail jig and the cutters should have also read dovetail so use to my router jig I have that I wrote Router
 
I first saw these at a trade show about 1965 I was entertained by the sight of several salesmen demonstrating it , all of them wearing a bandage on at least one finger!
