I am thinking about purchasing Rockler XL Router Table Box Joint Jig as anyone else bought one if so what do you think about them are they any good .Or if you use any other jig for box joints on the table saw or bandsaw what;s your favourite jig for the joints

I think I might make one for the table saw based on your design if you don't mind Steve. I've got to make a couple of light duty drawer boxes and the rest of the project has used 100s over dovetails and I'm getting sick of doing them. Finger joints will make a nice change. I would do a router table one but I don't have any t track on mine and no other use of it if I added a track. I reference everything off the fence.

PS Can you be a bit more patriotic and fly the union flag? :D

I'm sure it would work, and give a very clean cut. What scares me slightly about using it on a TS is the operating position On my TS I would have to lean forward quite a lot, and as I'm sure you are aware, a lot of TS accidents are caused by people leaning over and losing their balance. I've done it myself (fortunately the saw was not running at the time). Plus, the visibility issues would be even greater, I think. But I will be very interested to see it if you do build it.

Yes I ought to change it. I'd been having a little one-man protest at the terrorists and it's been relatively quiet these last few weeks, thank goodness. I did say "relatively", before I get shot down over Syria, as it were.
