Hi, has anyone modified their RS Pro Edge to run in reverse?

I've considered it, but the way the belts are bonded means they would need to be removed and reversed. Decided it was too much faff for the occasional times I would use it.

Most modern belts are now ok to use in both directions…bidirectional....Axminster’s Ultimate Edge has a reverse and speed control….

Hi John not thought about reverse but it bugged me talking off and on the safety guard so I’ve modified mine with a length of piano hinge it works great also placed a ver small O ring on the secure ing bolts so no longer grovelling in the shavings when dropped.
