I was trying to look at the Hand Tool Knowledge Base by Rob Webber but it seems to have disappeared from its old location.

Doers anyone know where it may have moved to.

Umm There do seem to be a lot of expired links.

I vaguely remember Rob Weber posting some time ago that he couldn't devote the time to upkeep and was searching for someone to take it on. I guess he came up empty.
