hi lads 7 days post op after decompression of the spine op i am up and about now taking it steady for a short while.
i did fin 2 hrs to go sit in my shop and ponder also cleaned some saws up and sanded a walkingstick handle .
tomorrow is another day forward just got to have my neck done and a new hip then no stopping me back to the northernsoul way of life < keep the faith >

I agree with all the others - best of luck and good to see you back. Do the exercise diligentlly, take it easy in the workshop and make sure there are no trip hazards out there - there are fat too many hard objects in a workshop to taake any chances.
