My brother-in-law hasn’t used this for about five years, the machine really hasn’t been used much at all, some of the chisels are totally unused. Not much into turning myself so I don’t really know much about the chuck but it looks in pretty good condition and comes in its own nice little wooden case. The lathe strips down into pieces for transport but pretty weighty so really you will need to come and collect it, The base whilst very sturdy is pretty rough, up to you if you want to take it or leave it behind.
