Record BS300 Motor question

After doing some light duty veneer cutting today my bandsaw wouldn't start again, just a buzzing sound from the motor.

Is it likely to be just the capacitor or as I'm unable to turn the motor over by hand has the motor gone as well?

Hi

Have you removed the blade? If not it could be the blade that is stuck giving the impression the motor is jammed. If the blade has been removed it sounds like a motor problem.
