Rusty, but complete.
No need to take this to a Surface grinder.
But grinding paste and plate glass.
All done.

50p would have to be the tool bargain of the year. I see Amazon has that one at $108 here in Australia. It is a fairly new model so wont be up there with old records but still a bargain. If you had bought a brand new one, likely you would still had to lap the sole.
