I have a BS350...and would much rather have a closed base (partly because one strut is bent and partly because dust). I can't tell if it would fit though? Any chance of the hole spacing measurements? If they work I'd like to say yes please!

Cant you just drill holes to suit ?
Its mild steel so easy to drill, or even enlarge the holes and use a couple of washers

Alternatively use the holes on it to fit a piece of 18mm mdf/ply and use coachscrews to attach the bandsaw to that.(or double up the mdf/ply to 36mm for the screws to get a better grip.)

Im confident you can adapt it to make it work.

Thanks Phil...and apologies for not doing my own conversion! I'll measure up tomorrow, but in principle that sounds great. Any idea how much shipping would be?
