Hi Guys ( and Gals ),

Appolgies for off topic, but its to assist me make my sharpening jig,

All my drill bits are just marked Mnumber.

Does anyone know the M size's for drill bits, in inches,

eg - which M drill for a 3/4", a 3/8", a 1/2" ??

So i get a nice snug hole in my jig head.

Thanks

Laurence

To me a drill Marked M-No. would most likely be Metric in millimeters.

So you are not likely to find Exact equivalents to imperial sizes, you may get quite close if you have fractional mm drills.

I.E M 25.4 (mm) = 1"
