I've been reading up on both Quangsheng & Woodriver Planes.

Can anyone confirm if they are from the same factory, or are they different.

They are manufactured by Luban QS in China.

There are differences in specs though with some of the stuff.

Caution: This whole business of 'in the same factory' is a bit of meaningless pursuit though, as one manufacturer can make completely different products for different brands. Much like a pie factory making luxury John Lewis pies or making a budget pie for Iceland.

Or Foxxcon making Apple Laptops and supermarket special TVs.
