Putting together a drapers WTL 12 lathe 1992

Hi there I have just started turning and I came across this lathe. It turns and seems in fairly good condition. I have sent off for an instruction manual that they are trying to find, I expect they will. I want to clean off all the rust and give it some tlc but I don't really know where to start. Any guidence or words of advice or appropriate youtube clips would be appreciated.

Look up YouTube vids of turning basic stuff like rolling pins, lamps, candle sticks, stool legs.

I can't take off the old chuck and i am not sure the size of allan key for opening up the chucks
