I'm not sure what the issue is, Coley. Are you saying that when you turn it on, press the release handle on the lance then the water just squirts out in pulses, as it were ? The pump going on and off rather than run continuously until you release the handle ?I had a similar problem on my Nilfisk and fixed it by simply permanently bypassing the pressure switch aka microswitch so that it was permanently on and then using one of those remote on/off dooberries and so turning the pressure washer on/off from the remote in my pocket. Bit of a faff, I agree, but as I use it so infrequently and there is no guarantee that a new one won't eventually nadger up like my current one, it works for me.
