Quite a few "what could possibly go wrong" moments!
Fair play to them. I am sure pretty much what you would have seen here at the time of the industrial revolution.

Can't think who's thread it was where their drill had failed a H&S inspection over the chuck guard. Maybe send that inspector over to see these guys, give him or her a bit of perspective, and probably a heart attack
