hi i have been making rabbit hutches out of 6mm ply and i have created toeplates which are very accurate when it is time to cut out templates there never very accurate i'm using a table top saw but then having to file edges of the cut outs so they match each other i ae the sides of the hutch is there a better or easier process which will cut these out precise instead of a few mm out like what is happening all the time it is realy slowing me down thankyou in advance paul uk

sorry to sound stupid but would i need a router table to do this and is there a guide on it for acuracy thanks
 
No you don't need a table, the bit has a bearing at one end which is the same diameter as the cutter
