Plane Identification

Hi
Got given this free when I purchased a Stanley Bailey No. 4 1/2" . I think it's a Stanley No.16 but not sure it's 6 1/4" total length.
Any one know if I am right or wrong please?

Whatever it is there is quite a bit missing.
I think I have a similar complete one, I will bring it over to compare

I might have enough spares to fix it as a Franken plane.
An adjustable mouth low angle block plane is always useful.
