Pillar Drill Identification

Hi,

Been lurking on here for a while, obtaining knowledge and acquiring tools etc to get me started.

I picked up an old pillar drill locally for a bargain price but cannot seem to find any info on it so was wondering if anyone on here had any.

I've heard of the Elliott Progress drills but never one named like this and it s more basic than the Elliott Progress drills. I cannot find any other manufacturers info on the drill. it has a British Thomson-Houston 230V 1ph 1/4hp motor on it.

Has anyone seen one before or know anything more about it?

Thats what i originally thought but just cannot find any reference to a 'Model O' or 'Model 0'?
