Online timber delivery time.

I’ve taken a punt on an online supplier for some Iroko bench slates because none of my local suppliers had any.

It’s been nearly 3 weeks now with the bank holidays (they quoted up to 10 working days) … is this normal or have I been spoiled by the next day delivery I’m used to with consumer goods and tools?

best to call/or email them if possible , and see whats going on - maybe the order has been lost or they also did not have stock , but took the order anyway
Also some when i have ordered online from various timber yards , like travis and aylesford , particular travis the material was like a bannas and twisted - useless for what i wanted
