Well, I guess it's official since I've just won my fourth eBay auction for old handtools . That's four in two weeks! Before I joined this forum I'd never been to eBay.
Before I joined this forum I didn't even know what a Stanley 78, or a Record 43 were. Now I own both (well, I will when the 78 arrives ). They'll be joining the very nice mixed group of Ward and Sorby wooden-handled firmer chisels, which is what started me sliding.
Oh, and the Lee Valley low-angle smoother I got for my birthday (sorry, I'll just pause while that one drives past.... ).
Thing is, there's nobody else I could tell... but I know you'll all understand!
