Hi,

Does anyone know what these three bits are for that came in a large set?

This is just a square point

This one has very slight bevels on its edges

This one doesn't even look like it would fit the chuck of a brace, the arrow shaped end is quite dented and worn and has no bevels

There was also a countersink with a design I haven't seen before, would that be for use with metal?

Reamer, metal drill, not a drill at all( think its a nail with a hammered and shaped head). countersink.

The brace is the cordless drill of the past and would be called upon for much more than just woodwork.

I think.

Thanks, I think I agree about the one that isn't a drill, it's very deliberately and precisely shaped which is strange, maybe someone used a nail for a bit of forging practice
