I have acquired one of these but with no manual and searching for one on google got me nowhere. I can see that the knob on the end adjusts the feed table but there seems to be no adjustment for the cutter itself. Grateful for any advice.

I think your assessment is correct. I'll see if I can find my manual today and double check.

my inca is like this, you adjust one of the tables but the cutter position remains constant. The axi model that it replaced was the same actually, so in my somewhat limited experience, perhaps this is standard.

the manual on a machine like this, is probably useless as the are for most machines now.
