Olly, yes, it is abrupt isn't it? It's because I spliced the intro from another short into it, I couldn't be you-know-whatted to film exactly the same stuff twice - I seem to have spent the last forever under hot lights.

I've just realized that my other film is just too long for YT. I'm having to put it on Blip instead.

I'll keep you posted.

Don't mean to sound critical but, I think the only thing missing is an explanation of why the knives must be set correctly (ie. shallow scallops and cutting action of rotating cutter block). :)
