Hi all
I own a set of 7 Bahco 425 chisels. I'm quite happy with them but maybe I can have some better chisels, since I don't know how "better" is. The steel is fine, the handles are not very comfortable.
I would like to buy a set of 6-7 european style bevel edge bench chisels; the choice is between
Ashely Iles
Kirshen 1002
Robert Sorby (the traditional model with turned handle)
Is the difference between the kirshen 1002 and 1101 just relative to the handle style?
How has the better steel?
There is any recent article on woodworking journals about a chisels test?
many thanks
Bob
