My ''Spartan'' pencil holder only takes 7 pencils, I needed something more capacious.

All scroll sawn, apart from the dowels and the wheels.

Very nice! .. it's amazing the differenc using nice wood can make t a project. I feel if this was made from pine, it wouldn't look half as good.

Also - it needs a hidden sharpener somewhere :)

Maybe it's already got one but you just can't see it because it's hidden :roll:
 
Credit goes to www.toymakingplans.com for the plan. Fortunately they almost always put an orthographic drawing on their YouTubes, so I screengrabbed it and drew a plan from that.

No pencil sharpener, although that's a great idea.
 
Very nice naznomad. Is that also a Toymaking plan (like the Merc truck nev mentions), or own design, or from elsewhere?

By the way, no more mention of youtube please. I went to look at it, and an hour later I had looked at everything from home made helicopters to tree stump removal.
