Hi All,
I am a new member thanks to my brother in law, David, who put me on to this forum.
I am into wood turning and general wood crafting and DIY. Just learning the basics of wood turning but have made some lamps, pots, vases (with glass inserts), candlesticks and tealight holders. Much of it made from our old church gates which we replaced in 2022. As I installed the new gates I saved the remains of the old gates and posts. All of it was dry oak and the items I made I sold at a church coffee morning to raise funds for repairing the church bells. Also made an advent crown for the church.
