Welcome.
You have reminded me of some of the crazy ( stupid ? ) boat repairs I have done in the past.
Replacing the keel and hogging keel in a large clinker hull
Jacking the hog out of a 54 ft yacht and re-fastening - that was a BIG job
Re ribbing a 50 ft motor boat and installing an old 6 cyl. Volvo diesel
Putting an 8LB3 Gardner diesel into an old tug was a bit of a job !
So, being (slightly) crazy, looks like you just might fit in.
