I see Bridge City have brought out a new honing guide with a single bolt holding mechanism (similar to Veritas Mk I's?)

Interesting - I've seen adjustments for micro bevelling by moving the wheel a little (Veritas) and moving the whole frame up-and-down (Millers Falls).

But screw adjust on projection by moving the wheel back-and-forth is a new one.

The distance from wheel to edge is rather large, requiring long stones (and failing to distribute wear) though.

Bugbear, interesting but expensive, you are right about the need for a longer stone.
